However, most people are told or taught to ignore what other people think of them, and not to pay any attention to what other people have to say. In some instances, where people are attempting to be hurtful that is a good idea. But in this episode, I elaborate on why we should hesitate to dismiss all of what people have to say or think, and how we should actually welcome feedback, even criticism from others, in an attempt to use their perspective as information we can learn and grow from.
