Well, the quality and the strength of your love life, and relationship could come down to knowing the difference.

The the main difference comes down to intention, and the meaning behind what we are doing, specifically in terms of contributing to our relationship and our partner.
Sex alone is a self-serving behavior. With making love, you are consciously involved in the process with an intention and focus on actively serving your partner, and enhancing the strength and bond between you and your partner.
